Terms and Conditions of Service
This page shows our terms of service. If you do not agree with them then please do not purchase any of our products. You must agree in order to purchase. The terms of service is enforced for your benefit including keeping your account safe and stable. The use of services from us constitutes agreement to these terms.
Your Account (Hosting/Domain)
COD VETO will act on your behalf to register your hosting account and domain name, with our server supplier.
We will hold your hosting account /domain name under our business account. You are free to request a push, to have your hosting account/domain name put into an individual account with our provider, under your own name.
COD VETO can only allow access to your domain name/hosting account client area after its been pushed to your own individual account. This is to protect the confidentiality of our clients.
It may take up to 72 hours for your services to be pushed. This is irreversible; we will not take any responsibility, to increases in your hosting account / domain name prices after the push.

We will require your personal information for individual accounts.
If in exceptional circumstances COD VETO no longer operates, all hosting accounts and domains will be pushed to individual accounts within our provider. We will not be held liable for any damages caused.
Payments for Hosting / Domains
All payments for hosting and domains will be required yearly. We will set-up PayPal subscription services to ensure no disruption to your service.
If a payment is not received for your hosting / domain, we will contact you immediately. If no payment is made after 24hours from contact, we will then put your hosting / domain on hold for a further 24hours.
Your hosting / domain will then become available for others to purchase. We will not be held liable if any individual purchases your domain name due to non-payment.
Payment of Deposit (Non-Returnable)
We will require deposits on all our work. This is to ensure that we can secure the domain name and hosting on your behalf.
Deposits are non-returnable unless in certain circumstances (e.g. – we fail to provide the service offered or other special circumstance)
Quotes & Invoices
All quotes are accurate from the time of being sent and are only valid from the date sent up to 7 days.
If a quote is accepted, you must contact orders@codveto.com, within the 7 days period from being received to ensure the price remains the same.
A deposit must be paid within 7 days to secure your quotation price.
Invoices are accurate from the time sent up to 7 days, from the date sent. We reserve the right to refuse sale, If we decide necessarily (this is unlikely) after the 7th day.
Tech Support
We offer 30 days from the completion date of a service. After the 30 days FREE period, we will then contact you to ask you to consider keeping the service for a set period of time, billing you monthly via PayPal.
You reserve the right to cancel the service at anytime, by contacting us or by cancelling your PayPal payment to us.
Tech Support will only cover certain aspects of work. We can definitely cover services that have been purchased from us or related to us. We will also undertake any extra support with PC technical issues, if we have expertise in this area.
Tech Support can only be used up to 5 times every 30 days. Tech Support requests, will be accepted, confirmed and support given within 24 hours of any request.
Non Payment
If we do not receive payment for the completed development, 7 days from the date the invoice was sent. We then interpret this as you not being happy with your new development. We reserve the right to remove your development in cases of non-payment.
You will no longer be in ownership of the hosting and domain, but may purchase this from us at a reduced rate.
Time-Out
We allow a time out period, this is where clients have time to discuss their plans for their development. If the client pays their deposit, we then allow 30 days before we need information or your requirements for the development. If we do not hear from you, we then will contact you regarding this.
We reserve the right to terminate a development, if we do not receive any communication from you or we feel that you are delaying the development. This may result in loss of your deposit.
Billing Policies
If for any reason it is not possible for us to complete one of our services (by service we mean one of the products listed on our website.), or you change your mind before the service is created then a full refund will be given. We offer 1 week “cooling off” period on all hosting packages during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
If you decide to cancel any of our services or products. We reserve the right to keep your deposit.
If you have previously ordered a product of a certain type, you cannot receive a refund on a new order of a product of the same type, even if you cancel it during the “cooling off” period.
On all Web designs, build and promotion work, we do not offer full refunds. We only take payment for this work when you are 100% happy. If you decide to pay the full amount, we then recognize that you have accepted our terms and conditions and that you are satisfied with our work.
PayPal subscriptions are the responsibility of the client. If the client cancels their product/service it is their responsibility to cancel their PayPal subscription. COD Veto is not liable to refund subscription payments.
COD Veto bills clients for 1 year periods and monthly periods. If during the relevant period a customer cancels their account they will not receive any refund (unless during the 1 week “cooling off” period after ordering). This excludes services as they are one off payments and not regular payments. Customers cannot put their accounts on “hold” or “delay”. Customers must prepay for the time they will use.
If payment is not received on the due date, COD Veto reserves the right to suspend your account and can delete all remaining data after 3 days unless otherwise noted by our billing department. It is unlikely that we will terminate your account; we will give at least 24 hours warning unless otherwise decided.
We reserve the right to suspend access to your account if you do not pay your monthly fee; we do send a reminder to you before you are due to pay via our system.
If your payment is overdue and you pay it late, then the period for which you are paying will still have started on the date that the payment became due; it does not start from the day you pay the overdue payment.
We reserve the right to remove or modify services and in particular any special offer at anytime. We also reserve the right to cancel any service instantly should you break the terms of service in any way.
If you purchase one of our services and we request information regarding the service, you must respond within 14 days. If you do not, we reserve the right to cancel your service without refund.
Only payments via PayPal can be refunded.
Valid contact details are required to use our service. This includes a valid name, address and telephone number. If valid contact details are not provided, these terms of service and other documentation become null and void in terms of COD Veto’ liability and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time.
The delivery times stated on our website and by our representatives can only be taken as estimates, they cannot be considered as factual information, merely an approximation to our best ability. A delay of any kind in the delivery of a customer’s service/product does not entitle the customer to a refund or compensation, but we will always do our best to meet our estimations.
If you request to push/move/transfer a product to another client in our system, you cannot take this request back and have the product. It is a one-way transfer, which cannot be reversed unless the client requests it to be.
If you receive a free domain name (or similarly any other free product which costs us to issue to you) with your product, any refund given (if requested) will have the value (the price we charge normally) of the domain name (or other product) deducted from it. A small administration fee may also be applied for the administration involved in dealing with the left over domain name and/or other free product.
We may increase domain renewal prices or hosting prices at any time despite what is advertised at the time of registration, although we will only do so when we are forced to due to an increase in fees we have to pay, and not to without reason/to solely increase profits.
The amount you pay for a hosting product will not change from the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to change any of the pricings, plans and packages displayed on our website for new customers and orders. You will be contacted immediately, if there is any increase to your plan.
Service Policies
COD Veto reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify our Terms of Service and other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner.
If there is a fault or error in the setup, we aim to have this corrected within 24 hours.
By registering as a Client of COD Veto, you are unable to cancel your registration or have your account removed from our client records at any point unless a specific exceptional agreement is reached between the Client and COD Veto.
COD Veto reserves the right to suspend usage of any product we offer for any reason at any time. This is a precautionary measure and will be used if there is suspicion of or evidence of a breach of our terms of service.
COD Veto are not responsible for errors of any type, but we will try and help you to fix them via support through email address (help@codveto.com). We are not responsible to provide support for 3rd party products and software on any of our services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
To register as a client at COD Veto and order any products, you must be in a position in your country to legally agree to this Terms of Service. If we have suspicion that you are not, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any of your products unless you provide verification of your age in terms of a valid identification (e.g. passport) within the time frame we specify.
When we offer a “fully” or even “semi”/”partially” managed service for any of our services, this is subject to the knowledge and experience which we are able to provide you with. If we are unable to help you with an issue, despite it being a managed service, we cannot be held liable to provide any form of compensation. We will always try to assist you to our best ability.
The Client agrees that COD Veto may disclose any and all client information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent without further consent or notification to the client.
It is your sole responsibility to make sure your data gets backed up in case a crash does occur. If, in extreme circumstances, loss of data does occur, COD Veto will work to recover the lost data. COD Veto cannot be held responsible for data stored on their servers.
COD Veto reserves the right to search through any and all files on servers in our account. If any files are found to break the Terms of Service of our server provider, we reserve the right to remove, suspend or deal with these as may be required with the authorities. COD Veto will in no way be held responsible.
If there is any abuse, mistreatment or threats to any COD Veto staff of any kind, including use of foul language, COD Veto reserves the right to suspend the account related to the abuse until further notice. We do not tolerate abuse and will take this rule very seriously. Please keep all information you are given confidential.
Should we be required to display logs of chat scripts anywhere, we reserve the right to display this information including content of a chat logs of a conversation on any conversation between yourself and our staff.
Spam
Sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam in any form is strictly forbidden from all of COD Veto services. We also refuse to sub-host any website which is advertised by methods of spam including but not limited to spam via email, instant messaging, discussion boards, telephone or fax.
COD Veto reserves the right to charge the user for blacklist removal or other costs incurred by misuse (i.e. spamming) from their account, whether the spam was intentional or unintentional.
Server Abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to COD Veto is strictly prohibited. It may result in suspension or termination of your service.
Resource Usage
In order to maintain integrity of service for all users in a shared environment, it may be discovered from time to time that a certain account is not suitable for operation in a shared hosting environment on our servers. In this instance COD Veto will contact the account holder to discuss options.
Reasons for such action may include, but are not limited to: Sites operating scripts requiring a large amount of CPU or memory resource etc. If your account continuously goes over 20% of CPU usage, for example, we may have to help you move elsewhere. This is an unlikely event unless you are using powerful resource using scripts.
Disclaimer
COD Veto will not be responsible for any damages of any kind that you or your business may suffer as a result as a result of using its services. This includes but it is not limited to loss of data and any service interruptions. It is very unlikely that such data loss or disruption will happen, and we will always undertake everything within our control to prevent such an event. You hereby agree not to hold COD Veto responsible for any such claims.
COD Veto reserves the right to ask for proof of identity and address for any reason. The only accepted documents are: Government issued documents, such as passports, identity documents, driver’s licenses; military issued ID, tax registration/notice letters, business registration etc. OR Utility bills, as well as bills for telephone services, internet services, cable/satellite television services, credit/debit card statements etc.
COD Veto reserves the right to check orders after they are completed, if an order is marked as high risk after processing, we reserve the right to cancel such order. An appropriate refund will be made via the method of payment of the customer or an otherwise suitable method.
COD Veto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any services immediately after detecting fraudulent activity or under suspicion of breach of these terms of service.
Modification
COD Veto reserves the right to add, delete or modify any provision of its Terms of Service at any time without prior notice and with immediate effect.
